شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَلَهُ) أَيْ الزَّوْجِ (إقَامَةُ الْبَيِّنَةِ) عَلَيْهَا (بَعْدَ لِعَانِهِ وَيَثْبُتُ مُوجِبُهَا) أَيْ الْبَيِّنَةِ مِنْ حَدِّ الزِّنَا.
