(وَلَا يَجِبُ) عَلَيْهِمْ (مَعَ عَفْوٍ) عَنْ قَوَدٍ (أَكْثَرُ مِنْ دِيَةٍ) ; لِأَنَّ الْقَتِيلَ وَاحِدٌ فَلَا يَلْزَمُهُمْ أَكْثَرُ مِنْ دِيَتِهِ كَمَا لَوْ قَتَلُوا خَطَأً
