(وَنَذَرَ صَوْمَ لَيْلَةٍ لَا يَنْعَقِدُ وَلَا كَفَّارَةَ) لِأَنَّهَا لَيْسَتْ مَحَلًّا لِلصَّوْمِ كَنَذْرٍ مُسْتَحِيلٍ

(ونذر صوم ليلة لا ينعقد) نذره بذلك، (ولا كفَّارة) عليه؛ لأنه نذر ما لا يمكنه فعله. فلم ينعقد نذره؛ كما لو نذر فعلاً مستحيلاً.
