(وَمَنْ حَضَرَ) بَعْدَ امْتِنَاعِهِ مِنْهُ (فَلَهُ) أَيْ الْقَاضِي (تَأْدِيبُهُ) عَلَى امْتِنَاعِهِ (بِمَا يَرَاهُ) مِنْ انْتِهَارٍ أَوْ ضَرْبٍ
