شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(لَا) يُحْبَسُ مُدَّعًى عَلَيْهِ (إنْ أَقَامَهُ) أَيْ الشَّاهِدَ مُدَّعٍ (بِغَيْرِ مَالٍ) وَسَأَلَ حَبْسَهُ حَتَّى يُقِيمَ الْآخَرَ،
