(وَلَا يَنْفَرِدُ بَعْضُ) الشُّرَكَاءِ (بِاسْتِئْجَارِ) قَاسِمٍ ; لِأَنَّ أُجْرَتَهُ عَلَى الشُّرَكَاءِ كُلِّهِمْ عَلَى قَدْرِ أَمْلَاكِهِمْ
