شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَحَرُمَ) إنْ تَيَمَّمَ وَاحِدٌ مِنْ الثَّلَاثَةِ (بِغَيْرِ حَائِلٍ عَلَى غَيْرِ مَحْرَمٍ) فَيَلُفُّ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ خِرْقَةً فِيهَا تُرَابٌ فَيُيَمِّمُهُ فَإِنْ كَانَ مَحْرَمًا فَلَهُ أَنْ يُيَمِّمَهُ بِلَا حَائِلٍ
