مسألة: (وإنَّما تَجبُ دِيَتُه إذا أزاله على وَجْهٍ لا يَعُودُ) مثلَ أن يقْلِبَ على رأسِه ماءً حارًّا، فيَتْلَفَ مَنْبَتُ الشَّعَرِ، فيَنْقَلِعَ بالكُلِّيَّةِ بحيثُ لا يعودُ.
