(وَلِلْمُعِيرٍ أَنْ يَرْجِعَ فِي الْعَارِيَّةِ مَتَى شَاءَ) ؛ لِأَنَّهَا تَمْلِيكُ الْمَنَافِعِ وَهِيَ تَحْدُثُ حَالًا فَحَالًا فَمَا لَمْ يُوجَدْ مِنْهَا لَمْ يَتَّصِلْ بِهِ قَبْضٌ فَلِلْمُعِيرِ أَنْ يَرْجِعَ فِيهِ.
