(وإذا اعترفت المعتدة) مطلقاً (بانقضاء عدتها) والمدة المحتملة (ثم جاءت ولد لأقل من ستة أشهر) من وقت الإقرار (يثبت نسبه) ؛ لظهور كذبها بيقين، فبطل الإقرار
