(قَوْلُهُ وَإِذَا تَزَوَّجَتْ الْحَامِلُ مِنْ الزِّنَا جَازَ النِّكَاحُ) وَلَا نَفَقَةَ لَهَا حَتَّى تَضَعَ، وَهَذَا قَوْلُ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ وَمُحَمَّدٍ؛ لِأَنَّ مَاءَ الزَّانِي لَا حُرْمَةَ لَهُ وَالْمَنْعُ مِنْ تَزَوُّجِ الْحَامِلِ لِحُرْمَةِ مَاءِ الْوَاطِئِ
