(قَوْلُهُ: وَلَا يَتَرَبَّعُ إلَّا مِنْ عُذْرٍ) لِأَنَّ فِيهِ تُرْكُ سُنَّةِ الْقُعُودِ فَإِنْ كَانَ بِهِ عُذْرٌ جَازَ؛ لِأَنَّ الْأَعْذَارَ تُؤَثِّرُ فِي فُرُوضِ الصَّلَاةِ فَكَذَا فِي هَيْئَتِهَا.
