(وَلَا يُسْهِمُ لِرَاحِلَةٍ وَلَا بَغْلٍ) يَعْنِي أَنَّ مَنْ لَهُ بَعِيرٌ أَوْ بَغْلٌ أَوْ حِمَارٌ فَهُوَ وَالرَّاجِلُ سَوَاءٌ لِأَنَّ الْمَعْنَى الَّذِي فِي الْخَيْلِ مَعْدُومٌ فِيهِمْ.
