(وَالْمُعْتَبَرُ) فِي مِقْدَارِ الرَّاكِدِ (أَكْبَرُ رَأْيِ الْمُبْتَلَى بِهِ فِيهِ، فَإِنْ غَلَبَ عَلَى ظَنِّهِ عَدَمُ خُلُوصٍ) أَيْ وُصُولِ

(قَوْلُهُ: فِي مِقْدَارِ الرَّاكِدِ) يُغْنِي عَنْهُ قَوْلُ الْمُصَنِّفِ فِيهِ الْمُتَعَلِّقُ بِالْمُعْتَبَرِ، فَالْأَوْلَى ذِكْرُهُ بَعْدَهُ تَفْسِيرًا لِمَرْجِعِ الضَّمِيرِ.

(قَوْلُهُ: أَكْبَرُ رَأْيِ الْمُبْتَلَى بِهِ) أَيْ غَلَبَةُ ظَنِّهِ؛ لِأَنَّهَا فِي حُكْمِ الْيَقِينِ، وَالْأَوْلَى حَذْفُ أَكْبَرُ لِيَظْهَرَ التَّفْصِيلُ بَعْدَهُ ط.
