(فَإِنْ) ذُكِرَ بِأَنْ (قَالَ هَذِهِ طَالِقٌ أَوْ هَذِهِ وَهَذِهِ طَالِقَتَانِ أَوْ قَالَ هَذَا حُرٌّ أَوْ هَذَا وَهَذَا حُرَّانِ) فَإِنَّهُ (يَعْتِقُ) أَحَدٌ
