(فَسَدَتْ) جَوَابُ الشَّرْطِ وَهُوَ قَوْلُهُ وَلَوْ دَفَعَ إلَخْ (وَصَحَّتْ لَوْ اسْتَأْجَرَهَا عَلَى أَنْ يَكْرِيَهَا وَيَزْرَعَهَا أَوْ يَسْقِيَهَا وَيَزْرَعَهَا) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ شَرْطٌ يَقْتَضِيهِ الْعَقْدُ
