كِتَابُ الْوَلَاءِ. (هُوَ) لُغَةً: النُّصْرَةُ وَالْمَحَبَّةُ مُشْتَقٌّ مِنْ الْوَلْيِ، وَهُوَ الْقُرْبُ، وَشَرْعًا: (عِبَارَةٌ عَنْ التَّنَاصُرِ بِوَلَاءِ الْعَتَاقَةِ أَوْ بِوَلَاءِ الْمُوَالَاةِ) زَيْلَعِيٌّ
