(وَلَا حَدَّ لِأَكْثَرِهِ) أَيِ: الطُّهْرِ، لِأَنَّ التَّحْدِيدَ مِنَ الشَّرْعِ، وَلَمْ يَرِدْ بِهِ، وَلَا نَعْلَمُ لَهُ دَلِيلًا، وَلِأَنَّهُ قَدْ وُجِدَ مَنْ لَا تَحِيضُ أَصْلًا، لَكِنَّ غَالِبَهُ بَقِيَّةُ الشَّهْرِ.
