مسألة: (فإن طَلَّقَ واحِدَةً، فهو كطلاقِ المُولِي) يعْنِي إذا طَلَّقَ الحاكمُ واحدةً، فهل هي رَجْعِيَّة أو بائِنَة؟ على رِوايَتَين؛ لأنَّه قَامَ مَقامَه، ونابَ عنه، فكان حُكْمُه حكمَ المُولِي
