وَإنْ شَكَّ مَنْ أَيِّهِمَا الثَّلَاثُمِائَةِ احْتَاطَ فَجَعَلَهَا ذَهَبًا.

(وَإِنْ شَكَّ مِنْ أَيِّهِمَا) ، أَيْ الذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ (الثَّلَاثُمِائَةِ) دِرْهَمٍ، (احْتَاطَ فَجَعَلَهَا ذَهَبًا) فَيُخْرِجُ زَكَاةَ ثَلَاثِمِائَةِ دِرْهَمٍ ذَهَبًا وَمِائَتَيْ دِرْهَمٍ فِضَّةً احْتِيَاطًا
