(وَيَحْلِفُ عَامِلٌ لِمُسْتَحِقٍّ) زَكَاةً أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَأْخُذْهَا مِنْ رَبِّ الْمَالِ (وَيَبْرَأُ) مِنْ عُهْدَتِهَا، فَتَضِيعُ عَلَى الْفُقَرَاءِ، لِأَنَّهُ أَمِينٌ.
