وَسُنَّ تَعْمِيمُ الأَصْنَافِ الثَّمَانِيَةِ بِلَا تَفضِيلٍ إنْ وُجِدَت بِمَحَلٍّ وَجَبَت فِيهِ،

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَسُنَّ تَعْمِيمُ الْأَصْنَافِ) ، أَيْ: أَهْلِ الزَّكَاةِ (الثَّمَانِيَةِ بِلَا تَفْضِيلٍ) بَيْنَهُمْ (إنْ وُجِدَتْ) الْأَصْنَافُ (بِمَحَلٍّ وَجَبَتْ) الزَّكَاةُ (فِيهِ) ، لِأَنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ خُرُوجًا مِنْ الْخِلَافِ، وَتَحْصِيلًا لِلْإِجْزَاءِ يَقِينًا.
