(وَيَجِبُ تَذْكِيرُهُ) ، أَيْ: النَّاسِي؛ لِأَنَّهُ مِنْ بَابِ الْأَمْرِ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَالنَّهْيِ عَنْ الْمُنْكَرِ، (كَإِعْلَامِ جَاهِلٍ) أَنَّ هَذَا الْفِعْلَ مِمَّا يُضْطَرُّ بِهِ فَاعِلُهُ، (أَوْ) فَعَلَ شَيْئًا مِمَّا يُفْطِرُ
