(فَمَنْ نَذَرَ) اعْتِكَافًا (وَأَطْلَقَ) ، فَلَمْ يُقَيِّدْهُ بِمُدَّةٍ، (أَجْزَأَتْهُ سَاعَةٌ) ، و (لَا) يَكْفِي (عُبُورُهُ) الْمَسْجِدَ مِنْ غَيْرِ لَبْثٍ، لِأَنَّهُ لَا يُسَمَّى مُعْتَكِفًا.
