(وَيَتَّجِهُ: أَوْ) ، أَيْ: وَلَا شَيْءَ عَلَى النَّاذِرِ: لَوْ جِيءَ بِفُلَانٍ (نَهَارًا مُكْرَهًا أَوْ) جِيءَ بِهِ (مَيِّتًا) ، إذْ هُوَ لَمْ يَجِئْ وَإِنَّمَا جِيءَ بِهِ، فَلَمْ يُنْسَبْ إلَيْهِ قُدُومٌ يَتَرَتَّبُ عَلَيْهِ الْحِنْثُ بِسَبَبِهِ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
