(وَيَسْقُطَانِ) ، أَيْ: الْحَجُّ وَالْعُمْرَةُ (عَمَّنْ مَاتَ وَلَمْ يَجِدْ نَائِبًا) ، لِعَدَمِ اسْتِطَاعَتِهِ بِنَفْسِهِ وَلَا نَائِبِهِ.
