(وَإِنْ طَرَحَ) مُحْرِمٌ (عَلَى كَتِفَيْهِ قَبَاءً، فَدَى وَلَوْ لَمْ يُدْخِلْ يَدَهُ فِي كُمَّيْهِ) «لِنَهْيِهِ - عَلَيْهِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ - عَنْ لُبْسِهِ لِلْمُحْرِمِ» رَوَاهُ ابْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ، وَرَوَاهُ النِّجَادُ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، وَلِأَنَّهُ عَادَةُ لُبْسِهِ كَالْقَمِيصِ
