مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَ) يَتَّجِهُ أَيْضًا: (أَنَّهُ لَا بُدَّ مِنْ رَمْيٍ) مِنْ نَافِضٍ (بِيَدٍ) فَمُقْتَضَاهُ: أَنَّهُ لَوْ نَفَضَهَا عَنْ ثَوْبِهِ بِغَيْرِ يَدِهِ أَنَّهَا لَا تُجْزِئُ وَاَلَّذِي يَتَبَادَرُ خِلَافُهُ، إذْ النَّفْضُ أَعَمُّ مِنْ أَنْ يَكُونَ بِيَدٍ أَوْ غَيْرِهَا.
