وَلَا شَيءَ فِي تَركِ ذَلِكَ كلِّهِ وَيَجِبُ بِنَذْرٍ.

(وَلَا شَيْءَ فِي تَرْكِ ذَلِكَ كُلِّهِ) لَا عَلَى سَبِيلِ الْوُجُوبِ، وَلَا الِاسْتِحْبَابِ، لِعَدَمِ وُرُودِهِ. (وَيَجِبُ) ذَلِكَ كُلُّهُ (بِنَذْرٍ) لِحَدِيثِ: «مَنْ نَذَرَ أَنْ يُطِيعَ اللَّهَ فَلْيُطِعْهُ» .
[فَوَائِدُ تَسْمِيَةُ مَنْ لَمْ يَحُجَّ صَرُورَةً]
