(وَلَا) يَجُوزُ (إتْلَافُ شَجَرٍ أَوْ زَرْعٍ يَضُرُّ) إتْلَافُهُ (بِنَا إلَّا لِحَاجَةٍ، كَتَوْسِعَةِ طَرِيقٍ أَوْ اسْتِتَارِهِمْ بِهِ) ، لِكَوْنِهِ قَرِيبًا مِنْ حُصُونِهِمْ يَمْنَعُ قِتَالَهُمْ
