وَلَيسَ القِنُّ غَنِيمَةً، فلو هَرَبَ لَعدُوٍّ، ثُمَّ جَاءَ بِمَالٍ، فَهُوَ لِسَيِّدِهِ، وَالْمَالُ لَنَا.

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَلَيْسَ لِقِنٍّ غَنِيمَةٌ) لِأَنَّهُ مَالٌ، فَلَا يُمَلَّكُ الْمَالُ، (فَلَوْ هَرَبَ) الْقِنُّ (ل) عِنْدَ (عَدُوٍّ، ثُمَّ جَاءَ) مِنْهُ (بِمَالٍ، فَهُوَ) ، أَيْ: الْقِنُّ (لِسَيِّدِهِ، وَالْمَالُ) الَّذِي جَاءَ بِهِ (لَنَا) فَيْءٌ.
