(وَإِنْ غَزَا جَمَاعَةٌ مِنْ كُفَّارٍ وَحْدَهُمْ فَغَنِمُوا) ، فَغَنِيمَتُهُمْ لَهُمْ، لِأَنَّهُمْ الَّذِينَ شَهِدُوا الْوَقْعَةَ، وَحَيْثُ كَانَتْ لَهُمْ، (فَهَلْ يُؤْخَذُ خُمُسُ غَنِيمَتِهِمْ؟ احْتِمَالَانِ) مُتَسَاوِيَانِ،
