مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(- رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ - فِي) رَسْمِ (وَاوٍ وَيَاءٍ وَأَلِفٍ وَغَيْرِ ذَلِكَ) . كَرَبْطِ تَاءٍ وَمَدِّهَا (نَصًّا) ، لِقَوْلِهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - «عَلَيْكُمْ بِسُنَّتِي وَسُنَّةِ الْخُلَفَاءِ بَعْدِي» . . . الْحَدِيثَ، وَلِأَنَّ قَوْلَ الصَّحَابِيِّ - مَا خَالَفَ الْقِيَاسَ - تَوْقِيفٌ.
