(وَكَذَا خَشَبَةٌ بِسَقْفٍ، وَفَصٌّ لِخَاتَمٍ) بِيعَا، وَنَقَصَ السَّقْفُ أَوْ الْخَاتَمُ بِالْقَلْعِ، فَيُبَاعُ السَّقْفُ بِالْخَشَبَةِ، وَالْخَاتَمُ بِفَصِّهِ، وَيُقَسَّمُ الثَّمَنُ بِالْمُحَاصَّةِ.
