(فَلَا غُسْلَ بِوِلَادَةٍ بِلَا دَمٍ) ، لِأَنَّهُ لَا نَصَّ فِيهِ وَلَا هُوَ فِي مَعْنَى الْمَنْصُوصِ، (فَيَصِحُّ صَوْمُ) مَنْ وَلَدَتْ بِلَا دَمٍ، (وَيَحِلُّ وَطْؤُهَا) قَبْلَ أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ، لِمَا تَقَدَّمَ.
