(وَيَتَّجِهُ الصِّحَّةُ) ، أَيْ: صِحَّةُ أَخْذِ الْوَكِيلِ دَيْنَهُ مِنْ ثَمَنِ السِّلْعَةِ (مَعَ إذْنِهِ) ، أَيْ: الْمُوَكِّلِ لِوَكِيلِهِ (فِيهَا) ، أَيْ: الْمُصَارَفَةِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَا مَحْذُورَ فِي ذَلِكَ. وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
