ولَا بِنَحْو ذِرَاعٍ لَا عُرْفَ لَهُ عِنْدَ الْعَامَّةِ،

(لَا) يَصِحُّ سَلَمٌ (بِنَحْوِ ذِرَاعٍ) ؛ كَصَنْجَةٍ أَوْ مِكْيَالٍ (لَا عُرْفَ لَهُ عِنْدَ الْعَامَّةِ) مِنْ النَّاسِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَوْ تَلِفَ تَعَذَّرَ الِاسْتِيفَاءُ بِهِ، وَذَلِكَ مُخِلٌّ بِالْحِكْمَةِ الَّتِي اُشْتُرِطَ مَعْرِفَةُ الْقَدْرِ لِأَجْلِهَا،
