مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَإِنْ أَسْلَمَ لِمَحِلٍّ) ؛ أَيْ: وَقْتٍ (يُوجَدُ فِيهِ) مُسْلَمٌ فِيهِ (عَامًا، فَانْقَطَعَ وَتَحَقَّقَ بَقَاؤُهُ؛ لَزِمَهُ تَحْصِيلُهُ - وَلَوْ شَقَّ -) كَبَقِيَّةِ الدُّيُونِ. (فَإِنْ هَرَبَ) مُسْلَمٌ إلَيْهِ (أُخِذَ) مُسْلَمٌ فِيهِ (مِنْ مَالِهِ) ؛ كَغَيْرِهِ مِنْ الدُّيُونِ عَلَيْهِ.
