5,830قَالَ فِي " الْمُبْدِعِ ": بِغَيْرِ خِلَافٍ نَعْلَمُ؛ لِأَنَّ الرِّبْحَ هُوَ الْفَاضِلُ عَنْ رَأْسِ الْمَالِ، وَمَا لَمْ يَفْضُلْ فَلَيْسَ بِرِبْحٍ،
