(وَيَتَّجِهُ بَعْدَ تَقَبُّلِ أَحَدِهِمَا) عَمَلًا مُبَاحًا، أَوْ اسْتِئْجَارًا عَلَيْهِ، [ (لَا فَسْخَ) لِلشَّرِيكِ (الْآخَرِ) ؛ لِإِذْنِهِ فِيهِ؛ كَشِرَاءِ شَرِيكِ الْعَنَانِ مَا هُوَ مَأْذُونٌ فِيهِ وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ] .
