وَإِذَا غُصِبَ زَرْعُ إنْسَانٍ وَحَصدَهُ أُبِيحَ لِفُقَرَاءِ الْتِقَاطُ الْسُّنْبُلِ كَمَا لَوْ حَصَدَهَا الْمَالِكُ، وَكَمَا يُبَاحُ رَعْيُ كَلِأ أَرْضٍ مَغْصُوبَةٍ

(وَإِذَا غُصِبَ زَرْعُ إنْسَانٍ [وَحَصَدَهُ] ) الْغَاصِبُ؛ (أُبِيحَ لِلْفُقَرَاءِ الْتِقَاطُ السُّنْبُلِ) الْمُتَسَاقِطِ؛ (كَمَا لَوْ حَصَدَهَا الْمَالِكُ، وَكَمَا يُبَاحُ رَعْيُ كَلَأِ أَرْضٍ مَغْصُوبَةٍ) ، وَاسْتُشْكِلَ؛ بِدُخُولِ الْأَرْضِ الْمَغْصُوبَةِ.
