فَإِنْ اُحْتِيجَ إلَيْهِ لَمْ يَمْتَنِعْ عَلَيْهِ اسْتِعْمَالُهُ، لِأَنَّ الضَّرُورَاتِ تُبِيحُ الْمَحْظُورَاتِ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
