مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(فَإِنْ جَعَلَ) مَنْ أَخْرَجَ الْعِوَضَ (لِمُصَلٍّ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ سَابِقٍ وَنَحْوِهِ) ؛ كَأَنْ جَعَلَ لِلتَّالِي أَكْثَرَ مِنْ الْمُصَلِّي، (أَوْ لَمْ يَجْعَلْ لِمُصَلٍّ شَيْئًا) ، وَجَعَلَ لِلتَّالِي عِوَضًا؛ (لَمْ يَجُزْ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ يُفْضِي إلَى أَلَّا يُقْصَدَ السَّبَقُ، بَلْ يُقْصَدَ التَّالِي؛ فَيَفُوتَ الْمَقْصُودُ.
