(وَلَيْسَ لَهُ) - أَيْ: لِمَنْ بِيَدِهِ الْغُصُوبُ وَالرُّهُونُ وَالْأَمَانَاتُ الْمَجْهُولُ أَرْبَابُهَا - (التَّوَسُّعُ بِشَيْءٍ مِنْهَا وَإِنْ كَانَ فَقِيرًا) مِنْ أَهْلِ الصَّدَقَةِ نَصَّ عَلَيْهِ.
