(وَلَا يُبَاحُ قَبْلَ غُسْلٍ أَوْ تَيَمُّمٍ بِانْقِطَاعِ دَمِ) حَيْضٍ (غَيْرِ صَوْمٍ) ، لِأَنَّ وُجُوبَ الْغُسْلِ لَا يَمْنَعُ فِعْلَهُ كَالْجَنَابَةِ، (وَ) غَيْرِ (طَلَاقٍ) ، لِأَنَّ تَحْرِيمَهُ لِتَطْوِيلِ الْعِدَّةِ وَقَدْ زَالَ ذَلِكَ، (وَ) يُبَاحُ أَيْضًا بَعْدَ انْقِطَاعِهِ (لُبْثٌ بِمَسْجِدٍ بِوُضُوءٍ) ، وَتَقَدَّمَ.
