(وَكَذَا هِيَ) ، أَيْ: وَالْمَرْأَةُ كَالرَّجُلِ فِي الْكَفَّارَةِ قِيَاسًا عَلَيْهِ (إنْ طَاوَعَتْهُ) عَلَى الْوَطْءِ فَإِنْ أَكْرَهَهَا فَلَا كَفَّارَةَ عَلَيْهَا، وَقِيَاسُهُ لَوْ كَانَتْ نَاسِيَةً أَوْ جَاهِلَةً.
