وَإِن سَبَقَ اثْنَانِ فَأكثَر لِذَلِكَ أَو إلَى خَانٍ مُسَبَّلٍ، أَو رِبَاطٍ، أَو مَدْرَسَةٍ، أَوْ خَانْكَاهُ وَلَم يَتَوَقَّف فِيهَا إلَى تَنزِيلِ نَاظِرٍ أَقرَعَ

(أَوْ) سَبَقَ (إلَى خَانٍ مُسَبَّلٍ، أَوْ) سَبَقَهُ إلَى (رِبَاطٍ، أَوْ) إلَى (مَدْرَسَةٍ، أَوْ) إلَى (خانكاه) - مَكَانِ الصُّوفِيَّةِ - (وَلَمْ يَتَوَقَّفْ فِيهَا) - أَيْ: الْمَذْكُورَاتِ - (إلَى تَنْزِيلِ نَاظِرٍ) ، وَضَاقَ الْمَكَانُ عَنْ انْتِفَاعِ جَمِيعِهِمْ (أَقْرَعَ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُمْ اسْتَوَوْا فِي السَّبَقِ وَالْقُرْعَةُ مُمَيِّزَةٌ.
