(فَمَنْ بَلَغَهُ) الْجُعْلُ (قَبْلَ فِعْلِهِ) الْعَمَلَ الْمَجْعُولَ عَلَيْهِ ذَلِكَ الْعِوَضُ؛ (اسْتَحَقَّهُ) - أَيْ: الْجُعْلَ (بِهِ) أَيْ: الْعَمَلِ بَعْدُ -؛ لِاسْتِقْرَارِهِ بِتَمَامِ الْعَمَلِ كَالرِّبْحِ فِي الْمُضَارَبَةِ،
