(وَيَسْتَمِرُّ) الْوَقْفُ لَهُ (إذَا أَسْلَمَ) بِطَرِيقِ الْأَوْلَى؛ كَمَعَ عَدَمِ هَذَا الشَّرْطِ. (وَيَلْغُو شَرْطُهُ) ؛ أَيْ: شَرْطُ الْوَاقِفِ اسْتِحْقَاقَهُ، (مَا دَامَ كَذَلِكَ) - أَيْ: ذِمِّيًّا - لِئَلَّا يَخْرُجَ الْوَقْفُ عَنْ كَوْنِهِ قُرْبَةً
