مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(أَوْ) ؛ أَيْ: وَلَا يَصِحُّ الْوَقْفُ عَلَى (جِنْسِ) - أَيْ: طَائِفَةِ - (الْأَغْنِيَاءِ، أَوْ الْفُسَّاقِ) ، أَوْ قُطَّاعِ الطَّرِيقِ، أَوْ الْمَغَانِي، (أَوْ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ) ، (وَلَوْ) خَصَّ (الْفُقَرَاءَ) ، مِنْ الْفُسَّاقِ، وَمَا عُطِفَ عَلَيْهِ؛ لَمْ يَصِحَّ؛ لِأَنَّهُ إعَانَةٌ عَلَى الْمَعْصِيَةِ.
